SEC. 205. FORTY-YEAR LEASING AUTHORITY. Section 801(3) of the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1471(3)) is amended by striking out “twenty-five” and inserting in lieu thereof “forty”.
