Sec. 104. Receipts collected in the Department’s Working Capital Fund, as authorized by section 327 of title 49, United States Code, for unused transit and van pool benefits, in an amount 136 STAT. 5100 not to exceed 10 percent of fiscal year 2023 collections, shall be available until expended in the Department’s Working Capital Fund to provide contractual services in support of section 189 of this Act: Provided, That obligations in fiscal year 2023 of such collections shall not exceed $1,000,000.
