POWER MARKETING ADMINISTRATIONS Construction, Rehabilitation, Operation and Maintenance, Western Area Power Administration For an additional amount for “Construction, Rehabilitation, Operation and Maintenance, Western Area Power Administration”, $520,000,000, to remain available until expended, for the purchase of power and transmission services: Provided, That the amount made available under this heading in this Act shall be derived from the general fund of the Treasury and shall be reimbursable from amounts collected by the Western Area Power Administration 136 STAT. 5213 pursuant to the Flood Control Act of 1944 and the Reclamation Project Act of 1939 to recover purchase power and wheeling expenses: Provided further, That of the amount made available under this heading in this Act, up to $100,000,000 may be transferred to Western Area Power Administration’s Colorado River Basins Power Marketing Fund account to be used for the same purposes as outlined under this heading.
