Sec. 2602. For necessary expenses related to providing customs and immigration inspection and pre-inspection services at, or in support of ports of entry, pursuant to section 1356 of title 8, United States Code, and section 58c(f) of title 19, United States Code, and in addition to any other funds made available for this purpose, 136 STAT. 5215 there is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $309,000,000, to offset the loss of Immigration User Fee receipts collected pursuant to section 286(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1356(h)), and fees for certain customs services collected pursuant to paragraphs (1) through (8) and paragraph (10) of subsection (a) of section 13031 of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (19 U.S.C. 58c(a)(1)–(8) and (a)(10)).
