Federal Transit Administration public transportation emergency relief program For an additional amount for “Public Transportation Emergency Relief Program” as authorized under section 5324 of title 49, United States Code, $213,905,338, to remain available until expended, for transit systems affected by major declared disasters occurring in calendar years 2017, 2020, 2021, and 2022: Provided, That not more than three-quarters of 1 percent of the funds for public transportation emergency relief shall be available for administrative expenses and ongoing program management oversight as authorized under sections 5334 and 5338(c)(2) of such title and shall be in addition to any other appropriations for such purpose.
