SEC. 106. MEETING OF ELECTORS.(a) Time for Meeting.—Section 7 of title 3, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “Monday” and inserting “Tuesday”; and (2) by striking “as the legislature of such State shall direct” and inserting “in accordance with the laws of the State enacted prior to election day”. (b) Clarification on Sealing of Certificates of Votes.—Section 10 of such title is amended by striking “the certificates so made by them” and inserting “the certificates of votes so made by them, together with the annexed certificates of ascertainment of appointment of electors”.
