SEC. 347. REPORT BY THE SECRETARY OF LABOR ON THE IMPACT OF INFLATION ON RETIREMENT SAVINGS. The Secretary of Labor, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, shall—(1) conduct a study on the impact of inflation on retirement savings; and (2) not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, submit to Congress a report on the findings of the study.
