SEC. 12. TRANSFER FROM DISASTER LOAN FUND. In addition such sums as may be necessary for disaster loan-making activities, including loan servicing, shall be transferred to this appropriation from the “Disaster Loan Fund” as authorized by Public Law 100–590.
