BILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE Funds Appropriated to the President international disaster assistance For an additional amount for “International Disaster Assistance”, $400,000,000, to remain available until expended, to address humanitarian needs in Afghanistan and the region impacted by the situation in Afghanistan. Department of State migration and refugee assistance For an additional amount for “Migration and Refugee Assistance”, $415,000,000, to remain available until expended, to address humanitarian needs in, and to assist refugees from, Afghanistan. united states emergency refugee and migration assistance fund For an additional amount for “United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund”, $1,076,100,000, to remain available until expended, notwithstanding section 2(c)(2) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (22 U.S.C. 2601(c)(2)), of which $976,100,000 is for support for Operation Allies Welcome and related efforts by the Department of State, including additional relocations of individuals at risk as a result of the situation in Afghanistan and related expenses, and $100,000,000 is to respond to other unexpected and urgent humanitarian emergencies.
