SEC. 103. HIGHWAY SAFETY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT. During the extension period, until H.R. 3684 (117th Congress) is enacted, section 403(h)(2) of title 23, United States Code, shall be applied—(1) by substituting “2022” for “2021”; and (2) by substituting “$31,872,000” for “$26,560,000”.
