SEC. 50114. STATE RESPONSE TO CONTAMINANTS. Section 1459A(j)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19a(j)(1)) is amended—(1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “an underserved community” and inserting “a community described in subsection (c)(2)”; and (2) in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking “such underserved” and inserting “that”.
