Sec. 303. One-tenth of one percent of the amounts made available to the Department of Energy under each heading in this title in this Act in each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 shall be transferred to the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Energy to oversee the funds made available to the Department of Energy in this title in this Act.
