McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115–232; 132 Stat. 1668) is amended—135 STAT. 1574(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “, unless otherwise approved in accordance with established procedures”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by inserting “such” before “logistics support contract”.
