SEC. 1043. AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SPACE AND SERVICES TO MILITARY WELFARE SOCIETIES. Section 2566 of title 10, United States Code is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “of a military department” and inserting “concerned”; and (2) in subsection (b)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:“(D) The Coast Guard Mutual Assistance.” .
