SEC. 3202. REFERENCES TO CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON OF DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD. Chapter 21 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2286 et seq.) is amended—(1) in section 311(c), in the subsection heading, by striking “Chairman, Vice Chairman” and inserting “Chairperson, Vice Chairperson”; and (2) by striking “Chairman” each place it appears and inserting “Chairperson”.135 STAT. 2236
