SEC. 205. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS.Section 487(a) of the Act (20 U.S.C. 1094(a)) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(12) The institution certifies that— “(A) the institution has established a campus security policy; and “(B) the institution has complied with the disclosure requirements of section 485(f).”.
