OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE Operation and Maintenance, Army For an additional amount for “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $451,894,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, microbursts, and hurricanes in calendar years 2023 and 2024: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. Operation and Maintenance, Navy For an additional amount for “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $1,454,153,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Ian, Nicole, Idalia, Helene, and Milton, Typhoon Mawar, and severe storms in calendar year 2023: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps For an additional amount for “Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps”, $8,900,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Helene and Milton: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
