SEC. 7808. STRENGTHENING TRACKING OF TRANQ. Section 489(a)(11) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2291h(a)(11)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “, xylazine,” after “illicit fentanyl”; and (2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting “)” before the semicolon at the end.
