SEC. 232. EVERY KID OUTDOORS ACT EXTENSION. Section 9001(b) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (Public Law 116–9)16 USC 6804 note. is amended—(1) in paragraph (2)(B), by striking “during the period beginning on September 1 and ending on August 31 of the 138 STAT. 2891 following year” and inserting “for a 12-month period that begins on a date determined by the Secretaries”; and (2) in paragraph (5), by striking “the date that is 7 years after the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “September 30, 2031”.
