SEC. 1127. PLANNING ASSISTANCE FOR STATES. Section 22(a)(2)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–16(a)(2)(B)) is amended by inserting “and title research for abandoned structures” before the period at the end.
