SEC. 136. RESTRICTION ON SUPERVISION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES BY CHIEFS OF MISSION. Section 207 of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 3927) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting “executive branch” after “Government”; (2) in subsection (a)(2), by inserting “executive branch” after “Government” the second place it appears; and (3) in subsection (b), by inserting “executive branch” after “Any”.
