SEC. 134. MODIFICATION OF MINIMUM INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR C–130 AIRCRAFT.(a) Minimum Inventory Requirement.—Section 146(a)(3)(B) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263; 136 Stat. 2455) is amended by striking “2023” and inserting “2024”. (b) Prohibition on Reduction of C–130 Aircraft Assigned to National Guard.—Section 146(b)(1) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263; 136 Stat. 2455) is amended by striking “fiscal year 2023” and inserting “fiscal years 2023 and 2024”.
