SEC. 1423. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT HOME. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2024 from the Armed Forces Retirement Home Trust Fund the sum of $77,000,000 of which—(1) $68,060,000 is for operating expenses; and (2) $8,940,000 is for capital maintenance and construction.
