SEC. 6113. AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES REGARDING PASSPORTS NEARING EXPIRATION. The President, acting through the Secretary, shall seek to reach agreements with the governments of foreign countries that do not accept United States passports that are at or within 6 months of expiration to allow for the use of such United States passports.
