SEC. 121. DELAYING CERTAIN DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE PAYMENT CUTS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)) is amended by striking “January 20, 2024” each place it appears and inserting “March 9, 2024”.
