DESIGNATED PROCUREMENT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES.

SEC. 209. DESIGNATED PROCUREMENT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall station a traditional procurement center representative at the Department of Agriculture, the Navy Sea Systems Command, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Such representatives shall be in addition to the representatives stationed or designated to be stationed on the date of enactment of this Act.
