Sec. 250. Time periods.Obligations and expenditures applicable to the “Medical Services” account in fiscal years 2017 through 2019 for aid to state homes (as authorized by section 1741 of title 38, United 138 STAT. 59 States Code) shall remain in the “Medical Community Care” account for such fiscal years.
