(rescission of funds)Sec. 256. Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading “Departmental Administration—Veterans Electronic Health Record” in division J of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117–328), $460,005,000 is hereby rescinded.
