SEC. 241. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PROCUREMENT REPORTING. Section 10(d) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 639(d)) is amended— 104 STAT. 2827 (1) by striking “the Department of Defense shall make a monthly report to the President, the President of the Senate, the Senate Select Committee on Small Business, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives not less than 45 days after the close of the month” and inserting “the Department of Defense shall make an annual report to the Committees on Small Business of the Senate and the House of Representatives”; (2) by striking “small-business concerns” and inserting “small business concerns”; and (3) by striking “such monthly reports” and inserting “such reports”.
