SEC. 102. DISASTER SALARIES AND EXPENSES. Section 20 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 note) is amended by adding at the end of subsection (a) the following new paragraph: 104 STAT. 2818 “(3) There are authorized to be transferred from the disaster loan revolving fund such sums as may be necessary and appropriate for administrative expenses of the Administration.”.
