SEC. 204. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to interfere with the exercise of the functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Department of the Treasury, as in effect immediately before the enactment of this Act.
