Sec. 119G. Of the unobligated balances available to the Federal Aviation Administration, the following funds are hereby permanently rescinded:(1) $1,590,528.89 from funds made available for “Federal Aviation Administration—Facilities and Equipment”, which were to remain available until expended, by title I of Public Law 104–50; and (2) $2,878.02 from funds made available for “Federal Aviation Administration—Facilities and Equipment” by chapter 10, division B, of Public Law 108–324.
