Sec. 8134. Grants.Grants pursuant to section 8120 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2022 (division C of Public Law 117–103) to communities impacted by military aviation noise for the purpose of installing noise mitigating insulation at covered facilities may also provide for the installation of air conditioning that complements noise mitigating insulation at such facilities.
