Sec. 307. Section 3006A(d)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (d)—(A) in paragraph (1), by inserting “, or the attorney’s law firm,” after “appointed pursuant to this section”; (B) in paragraph (2), by inserting “, or the attorney’s law firm,” after “paid to an attorney” each place it appears; (C) in paragraph (5), by inserting “, or the attorney’s law firm” after “paid to the attorney”; and (2) in subsection (f), by inserting “, or the attorney’s law firm” after “paid to the appointed attorney”.
