NATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE.

SEC. 204. NATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE.The Administrator shall, as soon as practicable but no later than September 30, 1991 establish within the Office of Enforcement the National Enforcement Training Institute. It shall be the function of the Institute, among others, to train Federal, State, and local lawyers, inspectors, civil and criminal investigators, and technical experts in the enforcement of the Nation’s environmental laws.
