PAY LEVEL OF AMBASSADORS AT LARGE.

SEC. 178. PAY LEVEL OF AMBASSADORS AT LARGE. (a) Compensation.— Chapter 53 of title 5 of the United States Code is amended— (1) in section 5313, by striking out “Ambassadors at Large.”; and (2) in section 5315, by adding at the end thereof the following: “Ambassadors at Large.”. (b) Effective Date and Limitation.— The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act and shall not affect the salary of any individual holding the rank of Ambassador at Large immediately before the date of enactment of this Act during the period such individual continues to serve in such position.
