CONVEYANCE OF FISH HATCHERY.
SECTION 101. CONVEYANCE OF FISH HATCHERY.Notwithstanding any other provision of law and subject to section 2, the Secretary of the Interior shall convey, without reimbursement, to the State of South Carolina, all the right, title, and interest (including all water rights) of the United States in and to the fish hatchery property located approximately one and one-half miles southwest of the city limits of the city of Cheraw in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, commonly known as the “Cheraw State Fish Hatchery” and previously known as the “Cheraw National Fish Hatchery”, consisting of 206.10 acres, more or less, of land together with any improvements and related personal property thereon.
