DARE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA TRANSFER.

SEC. 313. DARE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA TRANSFER. Notwithstanding another law, the Secretary of Transportation shall transfer without consideration by quitclaim deed to Dare County, North Carolina, all rights, title, and interest of the United States in Coast Guard property and improvements located on the northern end of Pea Island east side of State road 1257, 0.3 miles north of North Carolina Highway 12 in Rodanthe, Dare County, North Carolina. The Secretary shall require the property to be surveyed before it is transferred.
