SEC. 101. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.In fiscal year 1991, $15,894,000 is authorized to be appropriated for the use of the Federal Maritime Commission; except that for fiscal year 1991, and for each fiscal year thereafter, not to exceed $2,000 may be expended for official reception and representation expenses.
