SEC. 101. Applicability.NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM.(a) 42 USC 4016 note.Financing.—Section 1309(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4016(a)) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. (b) 42 USC 4026 note.Program Expiration.—Sections 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4026) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. (c) 42 USC 4016 note.Retroactive Effective Date.—This section shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2023.
