SEC. 501. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.Section 102 of Public Law 101–225, the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 1989, is amended by adding a new subsection to read as follows: “(6) Environmental compliance and restoration.—For environmental compliance and restoration at Coast Guard facilities, $30,000,000.”.
