SEC. 215. DEFINITION OF AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM. Section 40102(a)(47) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (C) by striking “and” at the end; (2) in subparagraph (D) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following:“(E) systems, software, and hardware operated, owned, and maintained by third parties that support or directly provide air navigation information and air traffic management services with Administration approval.” .
