SEC. 802. QUARTERLY REPORTS ON PROSECUTION OF THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TORTURE AND MURDER OF DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION AGENTS IN MEXICO. Section 134(c) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987, is amended by striking out “progress made in the Camarena case,” and inserting in lieu thereof “progress made in investigating, and prosecuting those responsible for, the 1985 murders of Drug Enforcement Administration agent Enrique Camarena Salazar and his pilot Alfredo Zavala Avelar and the 1986 detention and torture of Drug Enforcement Administration agent Victor Cortez, Junior,”.
