RUNWAY SAFETY PROJECTS.
SEC. 748. 49 USC 47115 note.RUNWAY SAFETY PROJECTS. In awarding grants under section 47115 of title 49, United States Code, for runway safety projects, the Administrator shall, to the maximum extent practicable—(1) reduce unnecessary or undesirable project segmentation; and (2) complete the entire project in an expeditious manner.
