Sec. 305. Title III of the Land Remote-Sensing Commercialization Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. 4221 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: “disposition of government assets “Sec. 308. Following the completion of a contract made pursuant to this title, the Secretary may, upon 30 days advance notice to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives, dispose of assets (other than real property) under the control of the Secretary in a manner which best ensures the continuation of the contractor’s commercial activity.”.
