Sec. 144. In addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101, amounts are provided for “Department of Labor—Bureau of 138 STAT. 1533 Labor Statistics—Salaries and Expenses” at a rate for operations of $6,000,000, for an additional amount for the Current Population Survey.
