SUNSETTING INCREASED FMAP INCENTIVE.

SEC. 71114. SUNSETTING INCREASED FMAP INCENTIVE. Section 1905(ii)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396d(ii)(3)) is amended—(1) by striking “which has not” and inserting the following: “which—“(A) has not”;(2) in subparagraph (A), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:“(B) begins to expend amounts for all such individuals prior to January 1, 2026.”.
