Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, $1,466,000: Provided, That funds made available by this Act to an agency in the Civil Rights mission area for 139 STAT. 510 salaries and expenses are available to fund up to one administrative support staff for the Office.
