Section 104 of division I of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (2 U.S.C. 6154 note) shall be amended—(1) in subsection (a)(2), by adding the following after “118th” and before “Congress”: “and any subsequent”; (2) in subsection (a)(3), by striking “and ending on January 7, 2025”; and (3) in subsection (b), by striking “on or after January 3, 2023”.
