SEC. 206. TASK FORCE ON BEST PRACTICES FOR TRAUMA-INFORMED IDENTIFICATION, REFERRAL, AND SUPPORT. Section 7132 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (Public Law 115–271; 132 Stat. 4046) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(1)—(A) by redesignating subparagraph (CC) as subparagraph (DD); and (B) by inserting after subparagraph (BB) the following:“(CC) The Administration for Community Living.” ;139 STAT. 681 (2) in subsection (d)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “, developmental disability service providers” before “, individuals who are”; and (3) in subsection (i), by striking “2023” and inserting “2030”.
